The device comprises a closed-loop servo system module and an automatic control module, wherein the closed-loop servo system module and the automatic control module are arranged on a ship model; the closed-loop servo system module comprises a deep-immersion full-swiveling propeller and a deep-immersion lateral-pushing propeller; the automatic control module comprises a six-degree-of-freedom optical motion measurement device, a thrust distribution module, a wind current load database and a thrust-rotating speed curve storage unit; and the six-degree-of-freedom optical motion measurement device is arranged for querying the wind current load database by virtue of a thrust-rotating speed curve stored in the thrust-rotating speed curve storage unit according to a ship speed, a heading angle, a set wind speed and a set flow rate so as to obtain the wind current load on the ship model, thereby calculating thrusts and angles of the deep-immersion full-swiveling propeller and the deep-immersion lateral-pushing propeller by virtue of the thrust distribution module.
