Embodiment Construction

[0036] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention, but not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

[0037] It has been mentioned in the background technology that the shear wave detection and the longitudinal wave detection in the prior art have their own detection areas. The method of the present invention combines the advantages of the shear wave detection and the longitudinal wave detection, and has a wider detection area than a single detection method. When the method of the present invention is implemented, it is necessary to add a wedge between the phased array and the detection target as in the shear wave detection, and then use the transducer in the phased array to perform detection. During the detection, for the areas covered by the traditional shear wave detection...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting an ultrasonic phased array through combination of transversal and longitudinal waves. The method comprises: according to ultrasonic transducer array parameters and wedge parameters, calculating transmission time-delay and reception time-delay of a focus of a large-angle area based on the sound velocity of a transversal wave; transmitting and receiving a sound wave by array elements in the array according to the obtained transmission time-delay and reception time-delay in the large-angle area; forming a focused beam to obtain ultrasonic radio frequency scanning line data of the large-angle area; detecting a small-angle area in a manner of combination of transversal and longitudinal waves, and calculating transmission time-delay and reception time-delay of a focus of the small-angle area; transmitting and receiving a sound wave by the array elements in the array according to the obtained transmission time-delay and reception time-delay in the last step in the small-angle area; forming a focused beam to obtain ultrasonic radio frequency scanning line data of the small-angle area; and transforming and splicing the ultrasonic radio frequency scanning line data of the large-angle area and the small-angle area to obtain an ultrasonic phased array image.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an acoustic array imaging detection technology, in particular to a transverse and longitudinal wave combined ultrasonic phased array detection method. Background technique [0002] Ultrasonic phased array body wave detection has two methods: longitudinal wave detection and shear wave detection. Longitudinal wave detection is generally to directly paste the transducer on the target to be detected, such as figure 1 shown. The shear wave detection is realized by adding a wedge between the transducer and the detection target, and generating a shear wave through the refraction of the longitudinal wave at the wedge / detection target interface, such as figure 2 shown. The methods of longitudinal wave detection and shear wave detection also determine that longitudinal wave detection and shear wave detection have different scanning ranges: longitudinal wave phased array detection mainly detects the small angle area directly below the...
