The present invention provides a communication device, a management device and a communication system which are used for generation of software associated to an electrical device. The communication device (2) is formed by connecting the management device (1) and at least one an electrical device (3), and is provided with a function module associated to the management device (1). The communication device (2) comprises a device information acquisition part (22) used for acquiring the information of the electrical device (3), and a software acquisition part (24) used for sending the information of the electrical device (3) to the management device (1) and acquiring software from the management device (1), wherein the software comprises a function module associated with the information of the electrical device (3) and is used for operating the electrical device (3). The communication device, the management device and the communication system are able to realize to provide software aiming at the combination of each electrical device.
