Abstract

The invention provides a grid electrode driver. The grid electrode driver comprises multiple stages of driving units (210). Each stage of the driving unit (210) comprises a GOA driving circuit (211) and multiple stages of buffering GOA driving circuits (212). The GOA driving circuits (211) are used for outputting and inputting signals during a display stage. The output signals are transmitted to grid electrode lines and the multiple stages of the buffering GOA driving circuits (212). The multiple stages of buffering GOA driving circuits (212) carry out stage transmission on the output signals during a touch control stage and transmit the output signals to the GOA driving circuit (211) of next stage of the driving unit (210). The invention also provides a touch control panel with the grid electrode driver. According to the invention, the multiple stages of buffering GOA driving circuits (212) are used for transmitting the output signals in a staging manner during the touch control stage, thereby preventing the output signals from being cut off during the touch control stage, and further reducing electric leakage risks of switch devices like thin-film transistors connected with the grid electrode lines.
