Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, when the antifreeze valve body fails, for example, due to the welding slag in the welding process falling into the heat exchange pipeline or the metal debris peeled off from the pipe wall due to long-term operation and blocked in the antifreeze valve body, it will cause outdoor heat exchange failure. The defrosting water in the heat exchanger cannot be heated above the freezing point through the heat exchange flow path, causing the defrosting water to freeze and expand to damage the outdoor heat exchanger, resulting in the failure of the system to operate normally

Abstract

The invention discloses a fault detection method of an anti-freezing valve in a variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system. The method includes the following steps that after the variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system receives a detection instruction of the anti-freezing valve, the variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system is controlled to be in a test run heating mode; a compressor is controlled to run at a preset frequency, and only the anti-freezing valve is controlled to be in a started state; and the temperature value of an inlet of a gas and liquid separator is acquired, and whether the anti-freezing valve breaks down or not is judged according to the temperature value. By means of the method, whether the anti-freezing valve connected with an anti-freezing coil pipe of an outdoor heat exchanger works normally or not can be conveniently and effectively detected, and therefore the situation that in the defrosting process, the system is frozen and expands because of defrosting water of the outdoor heat exchanger, and consequently the outdoor heat exchanger is damaged is effectively prevented, and it is further guaranteed that the variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system safely and reliably runs. The invention further discloses the variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a fault detection method for an antifreeze valve body in a multi-connection system and a multi-connection system. Background technique [0002] Usually, the outdoor heat exchanger of the multi-split system is equipped with an anti-freeze coil. To ensure that the defrosting water is heated above the freezing point, it can effectively prevent the outdoor heat exchanger from being damaged due to the freezing and expansion of the defrosting water. The defrosting water in the heat exchanger cannot be heated above the freezing point through the heat exchange flo...
