Abstract

The invention discloses a safety control system of an intelligent air conditioner. The safety control system comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit is provided with an indoor main control board. The outdoor unit is provided with an outdoor main control board and a variable frequency board. The variable frequency board is provided with an IGBT module driving unit and a communication unit of the outdoor main control board. The outdoor main control board comprises a power circuit connected with an electric supply. The power circuit comprises a bridge rectifier circuit composed of a triode and a diode, a single-chip microcomputer, a capacitance program control voltage reducing circuit and a switch circuit. The switch circuit comprises two sets of switches, wherein the first set of switches are connected with the output end of the bridge rectifier circuit, the second sets of switches are connected with the output end of a capacitor C2 and the output end of the triode Q4, and the two sets of program control synchronous switches are not closed at the same time. The safety control system improves the power factor of the electric supply and saves more electric energy.
