Benefits of technology

This patented technology describes methods that prepare biological films made from materials called pFUSELAMINA or Perflonetainmoserium glycerol gelatin solution. These compositions help promote cellular attachment between different parts of teeth during healing processes by providing nutritional support while also delivering important molecules like calcium and phosphorus through pores within these structures. By combining them together they create better dental treatments such as prevention of root resoφtion caused by plaque buildup on roots.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution involves introducing biological films made up of specific components called placentals or gonads (periodontotic cell) onto teeth without causing any damage. These compositions have several advantages over other methods like plasma spray coating and regular dentistry procedures due to their improved effectiveness compared to previous techniques. Additionally, these composites also allow for direct seeding of periodental ligaments instead of removing them altogether when needed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a biomembrane for guided tissue regeneration of periodontium, and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: culturing periodontal ligament stem cells and preparing aseptic oxygen-rich perfluorotriethylamine emulsion; mixing the periodontal ligament stem cells and the perfluorotriethylamine emulsion to prepare cell-perfluorotriethylamine emulsion which includes 104 to 108 cells per ml of the perfluorotriethylamine emulsion; and inoculating the prepared cell-perfluorotriethylamine emulsion on a biomembrane for culture, wherein the biomembrane for guided tissue regeneration of periodontium is obtained after termination of the culture. The preparation method for the biomembrane inhibits propagation of local anacerobes while improving the early-stage survival rate of the periodontal ligament stem cells after implantation by improving a hypoxia environment in the biomembrane, so the failure rate of guided tissue regeneration is greatly reduced, the success rate of guided tissue regeneration is improved, and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
