According to the technical scheme of the invention, firstly, a mobile intelligent terminal acquires a pull-in consumption certificate via a request support platform to generate a two-dimensional code, and a ticket-checking POS machine scans the two-dimensional code to obtain the consumption certificate. After that, through the decryption and the business logical judgment, a processing result is broadcasted in the Bluetooth manner. At the same time, the mobile intelligent terminal acquires the broadcast data through the Bluetooth canning process and then generates a reply in the form of a two-dimensional code based on the acknowledgement information after the analytic judgment process. Finally, the ticket-checking POS machine scans the new two-dimensional code to obtain the replay information and then judges weather to open a ticket barrier or not. In this way, a reliable communication mechanism is formed based on the cooperation of the two-dimensional code and the Bluetooth broadcasting manner.
