Problems solved by technology

[0003] With the progress of society, it is no longer enough to determine the final design scheme of transformers based solely on the goal of manufacturing costs. People begin to pay attention to indicators such as transformer operating costs, life span, and noise levels. Only after comprehensive evaluation of these indicators can they be determined. Embodiment 1

[0109] The above evaluation method is applied to the evaluation of the electromagnetic design scheme of the 1000KVA, 10\0.4KV resin cast dry-type distribution transformer.

[0110] The selected evaluation metrics are:

[0111] 1) Manufacturing cost P 1 , is the main cost of transformer manufacturing, including core cost P Fe and the cost P of the amount of copper used Cu(Al) .

[0112] 2) Operating cost P 2 , used to assess the operating economy of the transformer. Equivalent cost including transformer no-load loss P OEFC and the equivalent cost of load loss P KEFC .

[0113] 3) Temperature rise T, temperature rise directly affects the service life of the transformer, and the service life is a reflection of the overall value of the transformer.

[0114] 4) Noise Z. As people's requirements for working and living environments are increasing, it is necessary to consider the impact of noise on the environment when manufacturing transformers.

Abstract

The invention discloses an evaluation method for a transformer electromagnetic design scheme and relates to the technical field of transformers. The evaluation method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a transformer electromagnetic design scheme evaluation index system, and selecting corresponding transformer electromagnetic design scheme evaluation indexes; (2) constructing an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-gray fuzzy comprehensive judgment model of the transformer electromagnetic design scheme; (3) determining each evaluation index weight of the transformer electromagnetic design scheme through an AHP; (4) calculating the membership of each evaluation index through a gray correlation coefficient, and performing single-factor evaluation; (5) performing fuzzy composite conversion on each evaluation index weight and a single-factor evaluation structure through a weighted average fuzzy operator to obtain an evaluation result. According to the evaluation method for the transformer electromagnetic design scheme, the transformer electromagnetic design scheme is evaluated correctly, scientifically and objectively by constructing the AHP-gray fuzzy comprehensive judgment model and adopting the AHP and a gray correlation calculation membership.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of transformers, in particular to an evaluation method for electromagnetic design schemes of transformers. Background technique [0002] Transformer electromagnetic design is the first and most critical step in transformer manufacturing, which is related to the cost and operating performance of the transformer. Transformer electromagnetic design has gone through manual electromagnetic calculation and adjustment of the design scheme according to the designer's experience, to writing computer programs and using various methods to realize automatic calculation and scheme optimization for the electromagnetic design process. No matter which design method is to choose one of several feasible schemes as the final scheme. [0003] With the progress of society, it is no longer enough to determine the final design scheme of transformers based solely on the goal of manufacturing costs. People begin to pay attention to...
