The atmospheric-particulates dehumidifying apparatus comprises a Nafion tube dehumidifying unit, a particle characterstic measuring unit, a particle purifying unit and a sucking pump. The atmospheric-particulates dehumidifying method is based on a Nafion tube dehumidifying principle, steam in a to-be measured sample gas is removed through a low-pressure high-flow-velocity drying gas blowing process, and lossless non-contact continuous dehumidifying of atmospheric particulates is realized. In order to guaranteeing the cleanliness of the blowing gas, the method firstly employs an inertia bumping manner for removing particles with micrometer-grade particle size in the blowing gas, and then removing nanoscale fine particles in the blowing gas by combining field ionization charging and electrostatic traction. The method also utilizes a process of combining a flow-limiting valve and a large-power suction pump, and thus the blowing gas pressure is lower than a sample gas pressure, and the drying efficiency of the whole atmpospheric-particulates dehumidifying apparatus is substantially improved.
