The control device is connected with the infrared radiation heating equipment and the remote monitor and used for outputting power supply instructions to the infrared radiation heating equipment and detecting whether the infrared radiation heating equipment has a feedback state; the control device outputs failure signals to the remote monitor if the feedback state exists and the temperature information of the heating site is smaller than set temperature information of the heating site or the feedback state does not exist.
