Abstract

The invention discloses a tangle film with excellent printing adhesion. The tangle film comprises a film and ink, the ink is printed on the outer surface of the film to form the tangle film, and the surface tension of the film is greater than or equal to 42dyn. The ink is formed by mixing corresponding toner with gold varnish in a ratio of 1:14.5-1:15 evenly, and the mixed ink is subjected to standing for at least over 24h. The gold varnish is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 11-13% of nitrocotton resin, 9-11% of rosin resin, 2.8-3.2% of acrylic resin, 0.45-0.55% of wax, 41.0-42.0% of ethyl ester, 17-19% of butyl ester, and 14-16% of ethanol. The toner at least reaches over 7000 meshes. The tangle film provided by the invention has excellent printing adhesion, can improve the pattern printing accuracy, the appearance effect and printing definition, and further improves the packaging safety of the product.
