A to-be-measured energy-saving competitive racing car stimulates a sliding working condition under the action of the motor driving system, a portion, being fixedly connected onto the to-be-measured energy-saving competitive racing car, of the tensile force measuring module is stretched and then generates an effect of forces to a tension sensor, a force signal is thus generated and sent to the data collection and storage module, and a rotating speed measuring module measures rotating speed of the wheels and generates and sends a pulse signal to the data collection and storage module. The measured data is processed by the data collection and storage module and then is sent to a PC terminal for storage and to a display screen for real-time display.
