The composition comprises radix aconiti preparata, dahurian angelica root, Manchurian wildginger, honey-fried licorice root, mint and salted plum, and has liver calming, endogenous wind stopping, blood circulation invigorating, collateral dredging, heart calming, mind tranquilizing, yin enriching and kidney nourishing functions through adopting traditional Chinese medicinal right supporting, evil dispelling, yin and yang balancing and blood vessel dredging as theoretic bases. A preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: drying radix aconiti preparata, dahurian angelica root, Manchurian wildginger, honey-fried licorice root, mint and salted plum, crushing by using a crusher, and sieving by using a 120 mesh sieve to obtain fine medicinal powder for later use. When the composition is clinically used, 3-5g of the fine medicinal powder is taken, and is blended with honey to form a paste, the paste is placed on a medical plaster, and the plaster is plastered on the temple when migraine appears; and the plaster is applied to the forehead when general headache appears. The plaster is applied twice every day, and allows migraine or general headache to be healed after the plaster is continuously applied for 3-10d. Patients in the early stage or middle stage of pathogenesis can be cured only after the plaster is applied for 3-10d, and recurrence is difficult.
