Embodiment 1

[0024] A method utilizing Acinetobacter baumannii to synthesize flocculants, comprising the steps of:

[0025] S1. Strain activation: Acinetobacter baumannii Acinetobacter baumannii YNWH 226 was inoculated in LB solid medium and activated for 24 hours;

[0026] S2. Cultivation: inoculate the freshly activated single colony into Congo red simulated wastewater, and cultivate for 48 hours to obtain the bacterial liquid;

[0027] S3. Centrifuge the bacterial solution obtained in S2 at 8000g for 30min, remove the precipitate, and mix the centrifuged supernatant with ethanol at a ratio of 1:2 for 2h;

[0028] S4. Take the precipitated product obtained in S3 and freeze-dry it below -20°C for 12 hours to obtain a flocculant;

[0029] Wherein, the Acinetobacter baumannii described in S1 Acinetobacter baumannii The deposit number of YNWH 226 is CGMCC 7922;

[0030] The simulated Congo red wastewater in S2 includes: K 2 HPO 4 1.6 g / L, KH 2 PO 4 0.2 g / L, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 1.0...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a flocculant by utilizing Acinetobacter baumanii. The method comprises the following steps: S1, strain activization: inoculating Acinetobacter baumanii ( / i) YNWH 226 in a solid medium for activization; S2, cultivation: inoculating a single colony obtained through activization into Congo red simulation waste water for cultivation, so as to obtain a bacterium liquid; S3, centrifugation: conducting centrifugation on the bacterium liquid obtained in the S2, and taking the supernatant after centrifugation to be mixed with ethyl alcohol or poly ethylene glycol; S4, conducting freeze drying on the precipitation product obtained in the S3, so as to obtain the flocculant. The flocculant, of which the main ingredient is polysaccharides, is synthesized through cultivation of Acinetobacter baumanii ( / i) YNWH 226 in Congo red simulation waste water. The method has the advantages that the flocculant preparation cost is relatively low; the efficient flocculation pH range is relatively wide; the flocculation effect is relatively good; the industrial application potentiality is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical fields of biological engineering and environmental engineering, and in particular relates to a method for synthesizing flocculants by using Acinetobacter baumannii. Background technique [0002] Flocculants are divided into organic flocculants, inorganic flocculants, and biological flocculants. Traditional organic flocculants and inorganic flocculants have been widely used in the flocculation process of wastewater treatment. Although they have high cost performance, they are not easy to degrade in nature or may be harmful to organisms. In recent years, bioflocculants have attracted the attention of many researchers because of their high efficiency and harmlessness to the environment. Common bioflocculants include chitosan, guar gum, sodium alginate, gelatin and microbial flocculants. However, traditional bioflocculants also have disadvantages such as high production cost and long production time. [0003] Micro...
