Abstract

The invention discloses a radio frequency synthesis power amplifier circuit with optional bandwidth. The circuit comprises a transmission line transformer TT1, a bandwidth transmission line transformer TT2, a first last-stage power amplifier tube A1, a second last-stage power amplifier tube A2, a first negative feedback circuit NF1 and a second negative feedback circuit NF2. A radio frequency IN input signal is connected with the first last-stage power amplifier tube A1 and the second last-stage power amplifier tube A2 through the transmission line transformer TT1. The first last-stage power amplifier tube A1 is connected with the first negative feedback circuit NF1 in parallel. The second last-stage power amplifier tube A2 is connected with the second negative feedback circuit NF2 in parallel. Signals amplified by the first last-stage power amplifier tube A1 and the second last-stage power amplifier tube A2 are combined through the bandwidth transmission line transformer TT2. The combined signals are output through an output end OUT. The radio frequency IN input signals are output through the transmission line transformer TT1, the last-stage power amplifier tubes connected in parallel and the bandwidth transmission line transformer TT2 to form the radio frequency synthesis power amplifier circuit with the optional bandwidth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a power amplifying circuit, in particular to a radio frequency synthesis power amplifying circuit with selectable bandwidth. Background technique [0002] The power amplifying circuit is an amplifying circuit for the purpose of outputting relatively large power. It generally drives directly load , the carrying capacity is stronger. The power amplifier circuit is usually used as the output stage of a multi-stage amplifier circuit. In many electronic devices, the output stage of the amplifier circuit is required to drive a certain load, such as driving a meter to deflect the pointer; driving a speaker to make it sound; or driving an automatic control Executing agencies in the system, etc. At present, there is no optional bandwidth radio frequency synthesis power amplifier circuit. Contents of the invention [0003] Based on the technical problems existing in the background technology, the present invention proposes a radio ...
