Abstract

The invention discloses a retrograde gastric tube comprising a gastric tube body which can be inserted into the stomach through a jejunum ostomy opening, a jejunum nutrition tube which can be inserted into the jejunum, and an expander capsule tube body. An expander capsule which can be expanded and fixed at the jejunum ostomy opening is formed on the expander capsule tube body. A first channel through which nutrient solution can be transmitted to the jejunum is formed in the jejunum nutrition tube, and a second channel through which liquid can be transmitted to the expander capsule is formed in the expander capsule tube body. A main channel allowing liquid to flow out and an auxiliary channel allowing the jejunum nutrition tube to movably pass through are formed in the gastric tube body, the main channel and the auxiliary channel are arranged in parallel, and the side wall of the gastric tube body is provided with holes which are communicated with the auxiliary channel and allow the two ends of the jejunum nutrition tube to go out. The expander capsule tube body sleeves the gastric tube body. The jejunum nutrition tube is fixed to the gastric tube body through a fixing buckle. Stimulation and damage of the retrograde gastric tube to nasal mucosa during installation can be avoided, and patients' pain can be relieved; and the jejunum nutrition tube can be assembled and disassembled, so that the retrograde gastric tube is more flexible in use.
