Problems solved by technology

However, the actual situation is not completely consistent with the theoretical analysis. The ions generated during the ionization process of the gas to be measured in the ionization chamber cannot be completely collected by the plate as expected in theory, but are positive and negative ions during the directional movement of the ions. Recombination occurs, reducing the collection efficiency of the electrode

[0015] refer to figure 1 , where W7805 is an integrated series voltage regulator, which is a three-terminal integrated output voltage regulator device with a voltage of 5V. There are three pins in total, of which pin 1 is the input terminal, pin 2 is the output terminal, and pin 3 is the voltage adjustment terminal adjustment terminal), the output voltage of W7805 is 5V, and the maximum output current is 1.5A. When the input line is long, it is easy to cause inductance effect, so capacitor C7 is used to offset the inductance effect and avoid self-excited oscillation, while capacitor C6 can suppress the output High frequency noise in the voltage.

[0016] In the bias circuit, the MAX641 chip produced by MAXIM Company of the United States is used. It is a step-up DC-DC converter and an external voltage switching regulator with a CMOS structure. It has low power consumption and wide input and output ranges. The MAX641 chip can not only provide a fixed +5V DC stable voltage for t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bias circuit capable of improving the charge collection efficiency of a pole plate, and relates to the technical field of circuit design. The bias circuit is characterized in that W7805 is an integrated serial voltage stabilizer which is a three-terminal integrated voltage stabilizing device with the output voltage being 5V. The integrated serial voltage stabilizer is provided with three pins in total, wherein the pin 1 is an input terminal, the pin 2 is an output terminal, and the pin 3 is a voltage regulating terminal which is called a regulating terminal in short. The bias circuit adopts a MAX641 chip produced by a MAXIM company in America, wherein the MAX641 chip is a step-up DC-DC converter and is also a CMOS constructed external pressure switching voltage stabilizer. The power consumption is low, and the input and output range is wide. The bias circuit provided by the invention can adjust output voltage of the MAX641 chip.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of circuit design, in particular to a bias circuit for improving the efficiency of collecting charges by a polar plate. Background technique [0002] The so-called ionization is to use the energy higher than or equal to the gas to be measured to force the gas to be measured to "split" and excite the electrons in the gas to be measured. Each part of the "split" has a corresponding charge. In PID The source of stimulating the ionization of the gas to be measured is the ultraviolet lamp in the ionization chamber. When the IP value of the gas to be measured is lower than or equal to the output energy of the ultraviolet lamp, the gas molecules to be measured can absorb photons and undergo ionization. The result of ionization is the formation of bands. Positively charged ions emit electrons, and an electrode plate connected to a high-voltage power supply is placed in the ionization chamber. When the ionized electr...
