Abstract

The invention discloses a multistage magnetic liquid sealing device for sealing liquid, and belongs to the field of mechanical engineering sealing. The device comprises a first-stage seal formed by a spacing ring (3) and a spiral sealing groove in a shaft (22), a second-stage seal formed by a pressure sensor, a pressure control valve (7), a spring (5), a stationary ring (6) and a moving ring (8), and a third-stage seal formed by a first sealing assembly, wherein the first-stage seal mainly exerts a sealing function on a sealed liquid medium in a sealing cavity; the second-stage seal exerts a static sealing function when the shaft (22) does not rotate, and separates the stationary ring (6) from the moving ring (8) by gas pressure in an operating state and exerts a sealing action on the sealed liquid medium in the sealing cavity to allow the sealed medium to be out of touch with magnetic liquid (23); and the third-stage seal exerts a sealing function on the gas charged into a cavity between the stationary ring (6) and a left pole piece (10).
