The manufacturing technique comprises the following steps: adding the sodium lauryl sulfate into the propanediol, stirring uniformly, and heating to 75 DEG C; adding the fatty acid methyl ester polyethenoxy ether, stirring uniformly, and cooling to room temperature; adding the coconut oil acetal amide and palm-kernel oil acetal amide, and stirring uniformly; and detecting to obtain the acceptable product, and packaging.
