Embodiment Construction

[0026] In the following, a hardware framework for matrix inversion in massive MIMO linear detection proposed by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.

[0027] First, a massive MIMO system model is established: consider a massive MIMO system uplink, where N antennas are configured at the base station, and M single-antenna users are served at the same time, where the number of antennas N is much larger than M. The description model is as follows:

[0028] y=Hs+n;

[0029] Among them, H is the channel transmission response matrix of N×M dimension from the user to the base station, and H=[h 1 , h 2 ,...,h M ], h j Represents the jth column vector of H; s=[s 1 ,s 2 ,...,s M ] T is the user signal transmission vector; y=[y 1 ,y 2 ,...,y N ] T is the signal vector received by the base station; n is the zero-mean independent and identically distributed Gaussian white noise vector, and its noise ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hardware framework for matrix inversion in large-scale MIMO linear detection. The hardware framework comprises a pre-computation module and a matrix inversion sub-module, wherein the pre-computation module comprises a lower triangular pulse multiplier, an adder, a conjugate transpose module, a reciprocal module, a negation module and a vector multiplier, the lower triangular pulse multiplier is respectively connected with the adder and the conjugate transpose module, the adder is connected with the vector multiplier through the reciprocal module and the negation module sequentially, the conjugate transpose module is connected with the vector multiplier, the matrix inversion sub-module is of an IIR filter structure, and the vector multiplier and the reciprocal module are respectively connected with the matrix inversion sub-module. The invention further provides a method for matrix inversion in large-scale MIMO linear detection. By the hardware framework and the method, computation complexity and hardware cost are lowered greatly, optional precision accuracy can be obtained by iterative computation, high flexibility is provided, extra hardware cost is avoided, and good compatibility is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of computer communication. In particular, it relates to a hardware framework and method for matrix inversion in massive MIMO linear detection. Background technique [0002] A system using multiple transmit antennas and multiple receive antennas in a wireless communication transmission environment is called a multiple-input multiple-output MIMO system. Studies have shown that MIMO wireless transmission technology can greatly improve the reliability of the transmission link, reduce the energy consumption of the base station, and double the capacity of the communication system without increasing the additional spectrum bandwidth. As a key technology of wireless communication, MIMO has been included in the fourth generation mobile communication standards, such as 3GPP LTE. [0003] With the further development and needs of the next-generation mobile communication technology, MIMO technology has expanded from the traditi...
