An insulation paint liquid level of the paint feeding box can be monitored on line by the upper liquid level sensing device and the lower liquid level sensing device. When the insulation paint liquid level is lower than the lower liquid level sensing device, the lower liquid level sensing device feedbacks to the control unit, the control unit starts the liquid supply pump to add paint; and when insulation paint liquid level reaches the lower liquid level sensing device, the upper liquid level sensing device feedbacks to the control unit to stop the working of the liquid supply pump, therefore, full-automatic addition of insulation paint is achieved, labor cost is reduced, and insulation paint waste and environmental pollution are reduced.
