Problems solved by technology

The state detection of the grounding grid is a very heavy work. The existing method is to find the broken point and corrosion section of the grounding grid conductor through large-scale excavation after the grounding resistance of the grounding grid is found to be unqualified or an accident caused by the grounding grid occurs. There is blindness and a huge workload. The actual detection needs to make great changes to the environment of the substation, and it may not be able to accurately detect whether it is good or bad, which affects the safe operation of the power system.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0016] Such as figure 1 A method for substation ground grid corrosion and endpoint diagnosis shown includes the following steps:

[0017] S1: Obtain the corrosion rate of substation grounding grids in different regions and the physical and chemical indicators of the nearby soil, judge the type of grounding grid corrosion, determine the physical and chemical indicators of each soil, and send the indicators to the terminal processor for analysis and processing;

[0018] S2: Analyze the structural model of the substation grounding grid through the terminal processor, and combine the corrosion index of the soil and the closeness between the soil of the substation grounding grid and the soil of the substation grounding grid to be predicted, and use the topological decomposition method to decompose the substation grounding grid;

[0019] S3: Inject a sinusoidal AC signal into th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for diagnosing substation grounding-grid corrosion and endpoints. The method includes: acquiring physical and chemical soil indicators and judging type of grounding-grid corrosion; analyzing structural models of substation grounding grids, and applying a topology decomposition method for decomposition of the substation grounding grids; injecting sine alternating-current electrical signals to the substation grounding grids, an alternating-current acquisition sensor collecting electrical potential signals and transmitting the electrical potential signals to a direct-current signal acquisition system, and performing processing and displaying through a terminal processing unit; structuring structural models of small-sized grounding subgrids, and injecting direct-current large current signals to the small-sized grounding subgrids; transmitting acquired data to a terminal processing unit for analysis through node voltage and current values to acquire specific locations of grounding-grid corrosion failure points. With the method, the actual running situation of the grounding grids can be timely known and the locations of the failure points can be judged, technical support is provided for safe running of substations, and waste of manpower and material resources caused by extensively digging up the ground for checking step by step is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electrical box, in particular to a method for diagnosing corrosion of a substation ground network and an end point. Background technique [0002] The grounding system of the substation is the fundamental guarantee and important measure to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the power system and ensure the safety of operators and electrical equipment. The corrosion or fracture of the grounding grid conductor will cause serious accidents and bring huge economic losses. It is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of the power system to realize the diagnosis of the corrosion of the ground grid without power failure and excavation of the ground grid, and to guide the relevant staff to take certain remedial measures for the corroded ground grid. The state detection of the grounding grid is a very heavy work. The existing method is to find the broken point and corrosion section of the grounding grid condu...
