A mounting seat body comprises a high-pressure oil pump cam chamber, a first flange, a supporting component and a second flange, four first bolt holes are formed in the first flange, and two second bolt holes are formed in the second flange. The high-pressure oil pump mounting seat is characterized by further comprising a sound insulation box and a sealing cover, wherein the sound insulation box is connected with the second flange of the mounting seat body, the sealing cover is connected with the sound insulation box, and three open groove structures are arranged on the side wall of the sound insulation box. Three vertical sealing baffle plates are arranged at the edge of the sealing cover and matched with the three open groove structures on the side wall of the sound insulation box in a one-to-one corresponding manner respectively.
