Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of a ceramic matrix diamond composite material, and specifically relates to a method for preparing the ceramic matrix diamond composite material by employing organosilicon. The ceramic matrix diamond composite material is obtained by mixing a polysiloxane compound, silicon-aluminium compound sol, a polysiloxane curing crosslinking agent, diamond, silicon carbide, and a chopped glass fiber filler according to a set mass ratio and by performing stirring, injection into a mould for gelatinization and solidification, demoulding, sinter molding, and post-treatment finishing. According to the invention, organosilicon is adopted as a precursor with the assistance of a silicon-aluminium compound sol solution. The precursor liquid is good in permeability and fluidity and is convenient for performing injection moulding of a heterotype workpiece; the production routine is simple; and a ceramic matrix in the composite material provides higher holding force to a diamond abrasive material. The prepared ceramic matrix diamond composite material is adaptable to the abrasive material of a diamond tool, or other high temperature resistant or wear-resistant functional materials.
