The selective breeding base populations are a generation F6 of black shell novel strains of the pinctada martensi, populations of six successive generations are selectively bred to obtain the generation F6 of the novel black shell strains, shell surfaces of the novel black shell strains are provided with pure black radial ribs, and the novel black shell strains are high in growth speed.
