When bifurcation lesion occurs, the mother conduit is stretched into a main blood vessel, and then the child conduit moves along the mother conduit till the child conduit stretched out of the mother conduit and the side hole of the conduit body of the child conduit is opposite to a branch blood vessel, and then the guide wire is stretched into the child conduit till the end portion of the guide wire is offset with the end wall of one end of the conduit body away from the conduit seat, the end portion of the guide wire can slide to the side hole along the inclined face, and therefore the guide wire is entered into the branch blood vessel through the side hole, and accordingly medical apparatus and instruments such as a coronary artery saccule and a support and the like can be fed into the branch blood vessel for an operation.
