Abstract

Disclosed are an information delivery and processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: sending an RRC layer message to a terminal side device, information carried in the RRC layer message comprising multiple sets of configuration information and each set of the configuration information being bound to one or more ratios of uplink subframes to downlink subframes; and instructing, by using MAC layer signaling or physical layer signaling, the terminal side device to update the current ratio of the uplink subframes to the downlink subframes, and determining that the terminal side device continues to use the configuration information bound to the updated ratio of the uplink subframes to the downlink subframes. According to the technical solutions provided in the present invention, in a case in which no extra RRC signaling load is added in a system enabling dynamitic adjustment of uplink subframes and downlink subframes, different parameters can be configured for each of potential ratios of the uplink subframes to the downlink subframes, and the performance of a UE in different ratios of the uplink subframes to the downlink subframes is effectively improved, thereby improving the user experience.
