Problems solved by technology

[0002] Rice field eel and loach fish food are popular among people for their delicious taste and high nutritional value. Because rice field eel and loach are slippery, manual dissection is quite difficult, and the operation speed is slow, and it is easy to cut fingers, which is annoying.
In the prior art, machines have been used to achieve rapid deep processing. For large-scale processing, machines should be used, but for small-scale processing or without power supply, machines are useless. Therefore, only machine-processed products cannot meet the needs of the market.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention is further described:

[0016] figure 1 Among them, a device for splitting ricefield eel and loach. The container 1a is sealed at one end and opened at the other end. The pipeline 3 is connected to the container 1a, and a spring elastic hoop 4 is equipped under the pipeline outside the nozzle 1b to limit the passage of rice field eels and loaches of different sizes, so as to prevent multiple fish from drilling into the pipeline 3 at the same time. One end of the groove 5 is connected to the pipeline 3, the other end is a fish removal port, the bottom is equipped with a support foot 6, and a V-shaped scraper 10 is mounted on the bottom of the groove. 5 slide rails 7 are installed on both sides. Described spring clamp sheet 11 is a left and right two spring clamps, is installed in the junction of groove 5 and pipeline 3 outlets, can automatically telescopically fix eels of different size...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for skillfully splitting ricefield eel and loach. A container is cylindrical, is connected to a pipe and is provided with support feet at the bottom. The lower part of the pipe is provided with a spring elastic hoop used for restrictively making ricefield eels and loaches with different sizes pass one by one. A groove is quadrate, is connected to the pipe and is provided with support feet at the bottom. The bottom of the groove is provided with a V-shaped splitting and scraping cutter. Two sides of the groove are provided with slide rails. A spring clip comprises left and right spring clip sheets, is installed at a joint of the groove and a pipe outlet and is used for automatically and elastically fixing ricefield eels and loaches with different sizes. The upper part of a door-style frame is connected to a cover baffle plate. Pin buttons are assembled to the upper part of the cover baffle plate. Two ends of the door-style frame are connected to the slide rails. The cover baffle plate can prevent ricefield eels and loaches from going through or jumping out of the groove. The pin buttons are used for pressing ricefield eels and loaches and the door-style frame is fast dragged by the slide rails so that the ricefield eels and loaches are split by the V-shaped splitting and scraping cutter. The device has a unique structure, is convenient for operation and is economic and practical.
