The nano-stealth material with excellent performances adopts an aluminum-doped zinc oxide low-emissivity material and the phase change micro-capsules with phase change temperature of 30-40 DEG C; and coating finishing is adopted for treating aluminum-doped zinc oxide and the phase change micro-capsules onto a textile so as to obtain a functional fabric with a good camouflage effect for a whole infrared wave band.
