The device comprises receiving units, sending units and a central coordination processing unit, wherein the receiving units are used for receiving data on a set wireless channel, the sending units are used for sending data on an appointed wireless channel, and the central coordination processing unit is electrically connected with the receiving units and the sending units and used for acquiring the data received by the receiving units in real time. When data need to be emitted, an idle wireless channel used by the sending units is appointed according to states of the current wireless channels, and the data needing to be sent on the idle wireless channel are transmitted to the sending units. By means of the device and method, the conditions of the channels can be monitored at the same time, accurate channel busy and idle distinguishing threshold values are acquired according to effectively receiving and continuous sampling, whether collisions or distortion is produced or not can be judged according to a data package emitted by the device, very high real-time performance is achieved, and communication delay caused by channel conflict can be avoided.
