Problems solved by technology

With the increase of the service life, the composite insulator shed and shed materials will gradually age, and the aging of composite insulators has brought great safety hazards to the safe operation of the power system, which has attracted great attention from power system workers
[0003] At present, although some indicators for evaluating the aging degree of composite insulator silicone rubber materials have been proposed, such as color change and hydrophobicity change, these evaluation indicators are mainly judged from the change of insulator performance. It can only be observed to a certain extent, and it is not sensitive enough to the aging process, which is not conducive to the early judgment of aging, and cannot detect potential dangers in time

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Attached below figure 1 The method for evaluating the aging degree of silicone rubber based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is described in detail. The infrared spectrometer selected is the Thermo Fisher Nicolet Is10 FT-IR spectrometer produced by Thermo Fisher Corporation of the United States, which is a mid-infrared spectrometer with a scanning range of 400cm -1 ~4000cm -1 , the transmission mode is attenuated total reflection, the number of scans is 32 times, and the wavenumber in the spectrogram is 1286cm using OMNIC software -1 ~1236cm -1 Si-CH 3 Calculate the peak area and take the corrected peak area.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for evaluating the composite insulator silicone rubber aging degree based on Fourier infrared spectroscopy, and belongs to the field of electric test. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a piece of umbrella skirt and a piece of umbrella cover from each of a high-voltage end, a low-voltage and the middle part of a to-be-evaluated composite insulator, and clipping the six pieces to obtain test samples, wherein the size of each sample is not over 5cm*5cm; (2) performing Fourier infrared spectroscopy testing on the test samples, computing corresponding Si-CH3 infrared peak area according to a Fourier infrared spectrogram; and (3) performing aging degree classification on the to-be-evaluated composite insulator according to the maximum value of the Si-CH3 infrared peak area in the six test samples, wherein the classification standard is as follows: the composite insulator has unobvious aging when the Si-CH3 infrared peak area is more than 4.5; the composite insulator is lightly aged when the Si-CH3 infrared peak area is not more than 4.5 and more than 2.5; the composite insulator is obviously aged when the Si-CH3 infrared peak area is not more than 2.5 and more than 1.2; and the composite insulator is severely aged when the Si-CH3 infrared peak area is not more than 1.2. The evaluation method of the composite insulator silicone rubber aging degree provided by the invention has the advantages of being convenient for measurement, small in workload and accurate in measured data, and a new means for clearly judging the aging degree of composite insulator silicone rubber at the microcosmic aspect is provided for the electric system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the aging degree of composite insulator silicone rubber based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, belonging to the field of electrical detection. Background technique [0002] Composite insulators have excellent hydrophobicity, unique hydrophobic migration and hydrophobic recovery, and excellent pollution flashover resistance, and have been widely used in power systems. At present, my country is one of the countries with the largest usage of composite insulators. The main body of the shed and shed of the composite insulator is polymer material silicone rubber, which will inevitably be affected by electric ablation, acid and alkali in the natural environment, and humid and hot environment during operation. With the increase of service life, composite insulator sheds and shed materials will gradually age, and the aging of composite insulators has brought great safety hazards to the safe operation ...
