A dysmenorrhoea conditioning dietotherapy recipe comprises 1-3 eggs, 5-10 jujubes, 5-15 pieces of mature ginger and 10-30g of brown sugar. A preparation method of the recipe comprises the following steps: cleaning jujubes, splitting the jujubes, stoning, cleaning eggs, removing skins of the mature ginger, adding the jujubes, eggs, mature ginger and brown sugar into a marmite, adding 500ml of water, and boiling; and taking out the eggs after the eggs are cooked, removing shells, putting the shelled eggs in the marmite, pricking holes on the eggs through using chopsticks, continuously heating, and stocking heating after the jujubes are cremated to obtain a food which can be taken. The recipe obtained after the compatibility of eggs, jujubes, mature ginger and brown sugar has the efficacies of center supplementing, qi boosting, blood nourishing, mind tranquillizing, cold and dampness dispelling, and pain relieving. The food is a dietotherapy food, and has the advantages of no toxic side effects, convenient material drawing and good curative effect. A use method of the recipe is characterized in that when dysmenorrhoea appears, the eggs are immediately eaten while hot, the obtained soup is immediately drunk while hot.
