Embodiment 1

[0017] A cutting propagation method of Rumex halberdii stem section, comprising the following steps:

[0018] (1) Preparation of cuttings: Select healthy biennial or three-year-old lignified branches of Rumex halberdii and no pests and diseases. The cutting length is 6-8 cm. Cut off all the leaves.

[0019] (2) Prepare cutting substrate: mix perlite, red soil, and humus soil according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare cutting substrate, dilute 500-750 times with 50% carbendazim wettable powder, spray and disinfect the cutting substrate .

[0020] (3) Preparation of rooting agent: the type of rooting agent is a compound of indole butyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid, the mass ratio is: 1:4, and the concentration is 30mg / L. The specific preparation is to dissolve 6.0mg of indolebutyric acid and 24.0mg of chemically pure naphthaleneacetic acid in 10-20ml of 95% ethanol respectively, after the dissolution is complete, add water to 1000ml, and shake well to make a compo...

[0024] A cutting propagation method of Rumex halberdii stem section, comprising the following steps:

[0025] (1) Preparation of cuttings: Select healthy biennial or three-year-old lignified branches of Rumex halberdii and no pests and diseases. The cutting length is 6-8 cm. Cut off all the leaves.

[0026] (2) Prepare cutting substrate: mix perlite, red soil, and humus soil according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare cutting substrate, dilute 500-750 times with 50% carbendazim wettable powder, spray and disinfect the cutting substrate .

[0027] (3) Preparation of rooting agent: the type of rooting agent is a compound of indole butyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid, the mass ratio is: 1:4, and the concentration is 40mg / L. The specific preparation is to dissolve 8.0mg of indolebutyric acid and 32.0mg of chemically pure naphthaleneacetic acid in 10-20ml of 95% ethanol respectively, after the dissolution is complete, add water to 1000ml, and shake well to make a compo...

Embodiment 3

[0031] A cutting propagation method of Rumex halberdii stem section, comprising the following steps:

[0032] (1) Preparation of cuttings: Select healthy biennial or three-year-old lignified branches of Rumex halberdii and no pests and diseases. The cutting length is 6-8 cm. Cut off all the leaves.

[0033] (2) Prepare cutting substrate: mix perlite, red soil, and humus soil according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare cutting substrate, dilute 500-750 times with 50% carbendazim wettable powder, spray and disinfect the cutting substrate .

[0034] (3) Preparation of rooting agent: the type of rooting agent is a compound of indole butyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid, the mass ratio is: 1:4, and the concentration is 50mg / L. The specific preparation is to dissolve 10.0mg of indolebutyric acid and 40.0mg of chemically pure naphthaleneacetic acid in 10-20ml of 95% ethanol respectively, after the dissolution is complete, add water to 1000ml, and shake well to make a comp...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cottage propagation method of a stem of rumex hastatus. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing cutting slips; (2) preparing cottage matrix; (3) preparing rooting agent; (4) processing the cutting slips and cottage; (5) managing and transplanting after inserting. According to the cottage method of the stem of the rumex hastatus, cottage survival rate is more than 92%, a large amount of seedlings can be obtained within a short time, and requirements on large amount of seedlings for ecological rehabilitation project of five mining areas are met. The method is simple and convenient to operate, low in production cost, simple in technical requirements and easy to popularize and use; and the method has important application and popularization value on cottage propagation and production of the stem of the rumex hastatus.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation methods, and relates to a method for asexual propagation of plants, in particular to a method for cutting propagation of sorrel leaf stem segments. Background technique [0002] Rumex hastatus D.Don, alias: big sorrel, grass ephedra, earth ephedra, earth rhubarb, Sichuan and Yunnan sorrel. It is a perennial plant of the genus Rumex in the family Polygonaceae. The stems are much branched, the old branches are woody, dark purple-brown; the annual branches are herbaceous, green. Leaves alternate or in clusters, halberd-shaped. Born in hot and dry valleys, shrubs, forests, streamsides, dry roadsides, rocky slopes, etc. at an altitude of 300-2700m, it is often found in abandoned hillsides; it likes sunny environments, and is resistant to drought and barrenness. It can grow normally on slopes with dry and barren soil, extremely thin soil layer or exposed rock cracks in bedrock, and often ap...
