The spectrophotometer comprises a spectrophotometer body, wherein a sample feeding tube with a constant-flow pump is arranged in the body, and the sample feeding tube is connected with a cuvette; a fixed seat is arranged in the spectrophotometer body; a sample seat in movable fit connection through a slide bar is arranged on the fixed seat; a clamping port capable of arranging the cuvette is formed in the sample seat, and an optical path hole is formed in the corresponding detection optical path; a vibration motor is connected to the sample seat; a material layout tube is further arranged on the cuvette. According to the device, one or more sample feeding tubes and the corresponding constant-flow pumps can be used for sucking different needed test liquids according to test needs, and laid out in the cuvette, and the vibration motor is capable of rapidly reacting reaction solution in the cuvette and immediately detecting.
