The compound composition disclosed by the invention accounts for 0.1-90% of the weight percentage of a bactericide and can be used for effectively preventing and controlling various bacterial diseases such as citrus canker and cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot disease and fungous diseases such as plasmopara viticola.
