Embodiment Construction

[0083] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0084] image 3 It is a working flowchart of Method 1 of the present invention supporting self-optimization in an AAS scenario. Such as image 3 As shown, the process includes:

[0085] Step 301, base station 1 notifies base station 2 of splitting information or merging information.

[0086] When base station 1 intends to split / merge cells, or after splitting / merging cells, it notifies other base stations of splitting information or merging information.

[0087] For a cell to be split, the split information or merge information includes: information of a new cell generated by the split, and the information of the new cell includes one or more of the following information:

[0088] - Cell identity of the new cell (could be PCI and / or ECGI);

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for self-optimization. The method comprises: firstly, a first base station notifying a second base station to divide or merging information; and then, the second base station performing load balancing or switching according to the acquired divided or merged information. The invention also discloses a plurality of other kinds of self-optimization methods and a corresponding self-optimization device. Through the method, different base stations supporting AAS and base stations supporting the AAS and not supporting the AAS can operate in a coordinative manner. The method supports load balancing, supports self-optimization of mobile robustness, and can prevent UE from wireless link failure or switching failure, and improves mobile communication system performance.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the field of mobile communication systems, in particular to a self-optimizing method and equipment. Background technique [0002] With the development of communication technology, the mobile communication system has developed into a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) system, figure 1 A schematic diagram of the structure of the existing SAE system is given. Such as figure 1 As shown, the system includes an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) 101 and a core network including at least a Mobility Management Entity (MME) 105 and a User Plane Entity (S-GW) 106, and the E-UTRAN 101 is used to connect users Equipment (UE) to the core network, and E-UTRAN101 includes more than one macro base station (eNB) 102 and home base station (HeNB) 103, optionally including home base station gateway (HeNB GW) 104, MME105 and S-GW106 It can be implemented in one module or separately. Among them, the eNB102 are conne...
