Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) enabling the wastewater to pass through a microfiltration treater at a high speed under the action of a high-pressure pump of 1.5-4.5MPa to separate out fresh water and concentrated water; (2) treating the fresh water separated in the step (1) by use of a nanofiltration membrane for further separation, and feeding the concentrated water into a filter pressing system for solid-liquid separation; (3) performing two-stage purification on the fresh water separated by the nanofiltration membrane by use of a reverse osmosis purifier, and performing repeated concentration on the concentrated water separated by the nanofiltration membrane in the step (2) by additionally arranging a precision filter device in front of a nanofiltration concentrator; and (4) extracting metal ions from the concentrated water separated by the nanofiltration membrane in the step (3) by use of the filter pressing system. The method for treating the complex metal ion wastewater has no requirement on addition of any chemical substance and is simple in process, and as a result, the extraction of the complex metal ions and the recycling of the water resource are well realized; the obtained purified water is up to the standards of drinking water.
