Embodiment Construction

[0041] A method for evaluating the biosafety of transgenic cotton, using three test materials: (1) Transgenic high-quality cotton; (2) Jiangxi Cotton Institute strain Kang 1; (3) China Cotton Institute 24. April 10, 2014 Carry out seedling cultivation in nutrient pots, transplant on May 10, set 3 repetitions, arrange planting in random blocks, and the area of the plot is 300m 2 . Protective rows are set up around the experimental field, no pesticides are sprayed on the cotton fields throughout the year, and other agricultural routine operations are performed. 10 sampling points were surveyed by checkerboard sampling method in each plot, and 10 cotton plants were surveyed at each point, and surveyed every 7 days. (1) Lure adults in cotton fields by setting up frequency-vibrating insecticidal lamps; (2) Directly inspect the larger arthropods on the whole cotton plant with the naked eye; Smaller arthropods; (4) classify the arthropods collected by the fluke using a stereomicr...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ecological risk assessment on transgenic crops and particularly relates to a method for evaluating safety of transgenic cotton on organisms. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) trapping adults of cotton field insects by erecting a frequency oscillation pest-killing lamb; (2) directly surveying segmental appendage animals with large body shapes on the integral plants of cotton with naked eyes; (3) adopting a suction trap to suck the integral plants of cotton and all segmental appendage animals with small body shapes in the ground range; (4) utilizing an integrated microscope to test the segmental appendage animals collected by the suction trap to carry out sorting; (5) utilizing excel analysis software to carry out statistic analysis on types, numbers and occurrence periods of cotton field insects so as to generate diversity index, uniformity index and centrality index curves of insect communities. When the method for evaluating safety of the transgenic cotton on the organisms, which is disclosed by the invention, is utilized to carry out detection analysis, the result is closest to the real cotton field organism state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the biosafety of transgenic cotton. technical background [0002] The impact of transgenic plants on natural-sized organisms mainly includes environmental soil, microorganisms, beneficial and harmful insects, and even the biological chain of the microenvironment. If a certain level of organisms is affected, its biological chain is likely to be destroyed or shortened. After the planting of transgenic cotton, due to the food chain relationship, it will inevitably cause changes in the dynamics of pest populations and natural enemies within the insect community, and the types of insect communities will also change in time and space. In order to determine whether transgenic cotton is safe for cotton field organisms, it is necessary to systematically and accurately monitor various beneficial and harmful insects in cotton fields. Biosafety evaluation work is limited. Therefore, it is urgent to invent an accu...
