According to the production method, a thermoplastic PE (polyethylene) material is taken as a carrier, glass microspheres are planted on the surface of the thermoplastic PE material, part of the glass microspheres are embedded into the thermoplastic PE material, and the other part of the glass microspheres are bulged out of the surface of the thermoplastic PE material; coating processing is performed on the surface of the bulged glass microspheres to form a reflective layer; an ink pattern is printed on the surface of the reflective layer and the surface of the thermoplastic PE material to form a color printing layer; the surface of the color printing layer is uniformly coated with resin to form an elastic resin layer; a fabric is composited to the surface of the elastic resin layer to form a fabric layer; and after forming, the thermoplastic PE material is stripped off from the glass microspheres to form a product.
