Problems solved by technology

Since the irrigating fluid used in gynecological laparoscopic surgery is only used to wash the wound when separating the lesion or after excision of the lesion tissue, the dosage is relatively small, and a washing machine is needed to assist washing, and diabetic patients cannot use 5% G.S solution

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing balanced salt flushing liquid used for joint operation. The method includes following steps: adding water for injection accounting for 25-35% of total volume of the water for injection in a formula into a concentrating-preparation pot; adding 8-12 parts by weight of sodium chloride, 8-12 parts by weight of sodium gluconate, 6-9 parts by weight of sodium acetate, 0.6-0.9 parts by weight of potassium chloride, 0.4-0.8 parts by weight of magnesium chloride and 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of acetic acid with stirring for 13-17 min; adding needle-use activated carbon with stirring uniformly; performing adsorption for 13-17 min; removing the activated carbon through titanium bars; filtering the mixed solution into a diluting-preparation pot with addition of the water for injection to total amount; adjusting the pH value to between 6.8-7.4; performing refined filtration and encapsulation to an end after the liquid being qualified through intermediate detection; performing sterilization in a water bath at 110-120 DEG C for 35-45 min; and performing leakage test, light test, packaging and a storage process to obtain the balanced salt flushing liquid used for joint operation. The balanced salt flushing liquid does not cause acidosis and can prevent and treat the acidosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method for preparing balanced salt flushing solution for joint surgery. Background technique [0002] In order to obtain a clearer view during joint surgery, it is often necessary to lavage and flush the joint during the operation, and after the operation is completed, the operation area also needs to be rinsed to remove residual blood, broken bones and Microorganisms such as bacteria, and the flushing fluid can also be used as a carrier of drugs such as antibiotics, thereby preventing infection and reducing postoperative complications. [0003] At present, there are few irrigating fluids specially used for surgical operations and minimally invasive operations in China. Instead, various injections are used instead of irrigating fluids, such as 0.9% sodium chloride and 5% glucose injection. However, there is no indication for flushing solution in the instructions of these inje...
