A turbine flowmeter, an array water holdup meter, a check valve set, a circuit control board, a communication board and a battery are connected in the outer cylinder from bottom to top, a pressure gauge and a thermometer are arranged on a check valve set base, and a liquid outlet hole is formed in the lateral wall of the outer cylinder, between the check valve set and the circuit control board.
