Abstract

The medicinal composition comprises galanthamine and nimodipine which serve as active ingredients, wherein the weight ratio of the galanthamine to the nimodipine is 1:3 to 3:1; the medicinal composition has a good synergistic effect when being used for treating the alzheimer disease, and the effect of treating the alzheimer disease when the galanthamine and the nimodipine are jointly used is obviously superior to that when one of the galanthamine and the nimodipine is used.
