The method comprises the following steps: a central data storage node stores a first TV program guide comprising first play starting time of TV programs and stores a second TV program guide comprising second play starting time of the TV programs; TV program guide calibration nodes collect television signal live broadcast streams of areas where the TV program guide calibration nodes locate; the TV program guide calibration nodes, according to the first play starting time of the TV programs in the first TV program guide obtained from the central data storage node, identify TV program head piece from the television signal live broadcast streams and obtain the second play starting time of the TV programs according to the found TV program head piece; and the TV program guide calibration nodes generate the second TV program guide according to the second play starting time of the TV programs, and send the second TV program guide to the central data storage node.
