The continuous power generation device comprises an upper base and a lower base which are symmetrically buckled and fixed on a rotating shaft; energy acquisition modules, rectifying modules and energy storage modules are symmetrically arranged on the upper base and the lower base at intervals in sequence; protective hoods fixed on the bases are hooded at the outer parts of the energy acquisition modules, the rectifying modules and the energy storage modules; each energy acquisition module comprises a box-shaped piezo-electricity sleeve; a mass rod is arranged in the piezo-electricity sleeve; four piezoelectric plates clung to the cylindrical surface of the mass rod are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the mass rod; the four piezoelectric plates are mounted on the walls of a square groove formed in the hollow inner circle surface of the piezo-electricity sleeve in a symmetrical fit.
