Embodiment Construction

[0058] For different pulse conditions, the initial iteration point should be different. The invention provides a greedy recursive algorithm to automatically solve the Gaussian fitting problem by observing the characteristics of the pulse condition data signal and the Gaussian function, and investigating the formation process of a period pulse condition signal. Experiments on our collected pulse data set show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the Gaussian fitting problem of pulse wave.

[0059] In addition, for some signals in the data set that contain little or no pulse information of the human body, the method of the present invention provides the user with a simple, fast and effective interaction during the extraction cycle, so that professionals can make further judgments: discarding is completely unnecessary. The data containing the pulse information still intercepts a segment of the collected pulse signal to continue processing.

Abstract

The invention discloses a wavelet transform and curve fitting based pulse wave preprocessing method. The pulse wave pretreatment method includes the following steps of 1), subjecting to acquired pulse condition signals to noise suppression with the wavelet global threshold method; 2), rectifying baseline drift and cycle extraction of the pulse condition signals; 3), smoothing the pulse condition signals on the basis of fitting of Gaussian curves. Compared with the prior art, the pulse wave pretreatment method has the advantages that cycles of the pulse condition signals can be effectively extracted, fitting of pulse condition data is completed only in 120 seconds by operating 3.1GHz on a machine according to the curve-fitting algorithm, average fitting error of 97.62% of pulse conditions is smaller than 0.35, and for the fitting result that the error is larger than 0.35, morphological characteristics of the pulse condition signals are also kept, and no diagnostic information is lost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical digital signal processing, and relates to a method for denoising a pulse signal, correcting a baseline drift method, and using a curve to fit a smooth signal. Background technique [0002] Pulse diagnosis is a very important diagnostic method in traditional Chinese medicine, with a long history and rich content. For more than two thousand years, it has been widely used clinically and accumulated a lot of theoretical experience. However, pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine requires doctors to go through a long period of professional training, and the diagnostic results vary due to subjective judgments, thus limiting the development of pulse diagnosis. In the past 30 years, many beneficial results have been obtained in the research on the objectivity of pulse diagnosis, which provides a basis for pulse signal analysis. [0003] In the process of pulse signal acquisition, due to the objective exi...
