Abstract

The method includes the following steps: (1) preparation before detection; (2) the arrangement of measure points, to be more specific, inner wall measure points are arranged by first measurement of actual arc length of a containment inner wall detection area, then equal division of the arc length and drawing of equidistant grids; the outer wall measure points are arranged, the outer wall measure point position and the inner wall measure point position are in the same engineering elevation, the outer wall measure points are on straight lines determined by the inner wall measure points and the centers of circles, and the inner wall measure points pass through the concentric circles; (3) data measurement and save, to be more specific, according to the serial number sequence, two energy transducers are respectively arranged on corresponding measure points on the inner side and the outer side of a barrel body for successive measurement and save; (4) data processing, to be more specific, acquired and saved acoustic parameters are processed and analyzed for judging whether abnormal measure points exist; and (5) post processing, to be more specific, repetition measurement and encryption detection of an important focused region is performed on the basis of the above steps.
