The method comprises the following steps: determining the IP (Internet Protocol) address of an RNC (Radio Network Controller) and the IP address of a base station; determining a one-way transmission channel between the RNC and the base station and the direction of the one-way transmission channel according to the IP address of the RNC and the IP address of the base station; and performing cyclic redundancy check on the FP (Frame Protocol) head of data in the one-way transmission channel according to the direction of the one-way transmission channel to determine whether the one-way transmission channel is the common channel or not.
