Abstract

The HIPS is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 55-90 parts of regenerated flame-retardant HIPS, 0-30 parts of regenerated flame-retardant ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), 0-10 parts of compatilizer, 0-10 parts of flame retardant, 0.3-2 parts of lubricant, 0.2-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.3-0.8 part of anti-dripping agent. The regenerated flame-retardant ABS is utilized to reinforce the regenerated flame-retardant HIPS, thereby solving the problem that the flame retardancy, toughness and strength of the flame-retardant HIPS recovered in the prior art can not simultaneously satisfy the demands; and thus, the regenerated flame-retardant HIPS has favorable toughness on the premise of having higher flame retardancy. The compatilizer is utilized to well solve the problem of embrittlement when the regenerated flame-retardant HIPS and the regenerated flame-retardant ABS are simply blended, and enhances the tensile strength of the HIPS on the premise of ensuring the flame retardancy and toughness of the material. No additional grafting compatilizer is added to enhance the compatibility of the material.
