Abstract

The invention provides a detection method and system for abnormal events. The method includes the steps that according to a dispatching timetable, event information is read; the events corresponding to the event information are summarized and classified, and the same type of events are summarized to be an event set; field collection is performed on all the event sets to generate collection results; time breakpoint treatment, conversion treatment and mean square error calculation treatment are sequentially performed on the collection results, so that mean square calculation results are generated; according to baseline data, the event sets with the mean square calculation results smaller than the baseline data are screened out from the mean square calculation results; according to an alarm threshold value, whether the events in the screened event sets are non-sporadic events or not is judged; if yes, the time interval where the non-sporadic events happen in a centralized mode is extracted, and the non-sporadic events are packaged.
